Beortek started its activity in Bilbao in 1985 as a family business, with a vocational service to the scientific and medical community.

The strong growth in activity during the decade of the 90's, forced us to make several share capital increases and move to our current location in the "PAE Asuaran" in Erandio.

During the first decade of this century, our company established itself as a reference in the medical industry and community and, following the thrust of its founders, we have applied the principles of quality, innovation and ecology to our business.

Since 2003, apart from a catalogue of internationally known brands, we have our own range of branded products under Balea name. And since 2009 we manufacture under license of the AGEMED a wide range of rapid diagnostic kits.

Nowadays, our products are exported to EU countries, America and Asia.
