We were registered with the SEC on June 4, 2003 and secured our BFAD license to operate as distributor on July 4, 2003. We obtained our License to Import on August 29, 2003 and has formed another company to focus on this business aspect (AMTOL IMPORTS INC), our DOH, DTI, GEPS and PITC accreditation were all obtained in 2004.
