NMC is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Stefano Sartoretti as Chief Financial Officer.

Stefano is a recognised senior finance executive with global experience across the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and North America.

He joins us from PepsiCo, where he spent a remarkable 26 years in numerous roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America (Frito-Lay and Quaker), and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Asia, Middle East & Africa (Food and Beverage).

Stefano has an impressive background in Financial Planning and Analysis and broad experience in implementing and managing new systems, control processes and policies across a multitude of businesses and regions, consistently retaining a high-quality controlled environment.

Stefano assumed this role from Jean-Philippe Sarther, who, over the last 18 months, was instrumental in restructuring and improving NMC’s finance, tax, and treasury functions. We are grateful to Jean-Philippe for his invaluable service and contributions to NMC, most notably, the embedding of a robust financial governance framework, and implementation of new internal controls and reporting processes, which will continue under Stefano’s stewardship.

As Chief Financial Officer, Stefano will play a critical role in continuing the improvement of NMC’s financial and operating performance and overall strategy implementation.

Welcome Stefano, we’re delighted to have you with us!
