ISET Registration Includes:

Payment Information and Registration Confirmation:
During your online registration, you may choose to pay by credit card or ‘pay later’ if planning to pay by check. Check payments are due in full by January 9, 2015.
Once registration is complete, you will see a Thank You page on your screen – this confirms that you are registered. You will also receive an automated email confirmation – please check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss your confirmation.
Fellows / Residents:
ISET welcomes fellows in training and residents for an opportunity to participate in the Fellow/Resident Activity Honorarium, which includes tuition and travel reimbursement of up to $350 for the first fifty (50) applicants. Click here for Honorarium Instructions and Forms.
All fellows in training and residents not participating in the activity honorarium are required to provide a signed letter from their program director, on institutional letterhead, confirming their active fellowship or residency. To submit letter, log into the registration portal and upload letter.
Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes
ISET is proud to welcome international participants for this educational activity. Recognizing that travel visas may be necessary and the process time consuming, please be sure to allow enough time for the process. Click here for detailed information.
A letter of invitation for participation may be provided, upon request, as part of the Visa process. This invitation represents no intent by ISET to provide financial support, nor does it serve as a guarantee in any respect to the visa application process. Letters of invitation will be sent only to registered attendees. To request an invitation letter, please register online and make sure to select "yes" when asked about a Visa letter.
Military Physicians
Military physicians must submit a letter of status on U.S. government letterhead in order to qualify for the reduced military fee. Please fax letters to 305-279-8221 or email [email protected].
Spouse Registration
The registration fee for spouses of registered attendees is $200. This fee includes access to all educational sessions, opening reception, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Please note that the fee does not include meeting materials or certificate of attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing on or before January 2, 2015, will be refunded less a $190 administrative fee. Requests received after January 2, 2015, will not be refunded.
