The ERBEJET 2 is a simple, easy-to-use waterjet surgery system. The ERBEJET 2 fits nicely into a standard VIO surgical system. With the ERBEJET system the patient experiences no thermal trauma to the tissues that are on the margins of the incisions. The extremely delicate, uniform, and precise water jet the system produces leaves surrounding tissue intact. In addition, water jet parameters are reproducible and are controlled by a foot switch that can be positioned by the operating table.
