A Centerpiece for Collaborative Learning The large, multi-touch screen allows small groups to easily view and interact with anatomical visualizations. To promote multi-user interactive learning, the visualization table employs a unique “pass the puck” interface allowing controls to be transferred easily between users without having to physically move to the other side of the table. Intuitive Multi-Touch Operation A simple touch interface allows users to quickly and intuitively interact with 3D volumetric datasets. With just a few finger gestures, data can be zoomed or rotated, layers of skin and muscle can be removed, and arbitrary cross-sectional planes can be cut.
