The NOVARIX® vein stripper is designed for the surgical treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities (incontinent and dilated superficial vein stripping, notably for great saphenous and small saphenous vein stripping). Its use is restricted to the surgical treatment of primary varicose veins due to saphenous incontinence, and chronic venous insufficiency.
