Every speculum is durable and reliable. The light pipe has a new design and offers a homogenous spot. It also gets rid of glare back. The handle is new and is wider for better ergonomics and balance. It is also easier to handle during examinations. The acrylic is smooth and molded so it does not bind or squeeze tissue, thereby providing better comfort to the patient. The new 590 Series KleenSpec® Vaginal Speculum is compatible with two illumination systems: the current system and the new cordless system.
