The BARD Suprapubic Introducer/Foley Catheter set offers a simplified method of providing bladder drainage. The set is indicated for urological use that includes instances of outflow obstruction, urethral trauma, pre/post operative drainage, and chronic bladder retention disorders. The catheter and retention bag offer a closed system method of collecting urine from the bladder, and does so without causing any loss of urine from the bladder during entry. Included in the procedural tray are a the suprapubic trocar and a reusable catheter.
