. The Schmitz OPS mobilis Universal Operating Table is operated by a hand-held remote control element through which the various electrohydraulic adjustment functions are activated. Adjustments can be made with a single touch of the button or they can be made manually if desired through the use of hydraulic pump levers. The pedal-controlled castors can be locked into a straight run position, a free run position, or braked. Table controls include an activating key which when locked prevents accidental movement. The detachable SAF pads are pressure absorbent, antistatic, and impermeable to fluids. The gaps between the sections are minimal so as to prevent any trapping of skin or extremities.
