For exact centering of the patient to exposure field mechanical brake of floating tabletop will be released by foot pedal and table top with the patient can be moved to desired position. The open table base allows fast positioning of the table with floating tabletop directly above the corresponding image receptor. With the central control mechanism for breaking and true direction all four wheels can be released, one wheel can be stabilized in straight position or two wheels can be locked stabilizing the table on desired location.
