The transfer aid makes it easier for the user to get in and out of the car without assistance. It also makes it possible for immobilized persons to get in and out painlessly with assistance. It is placed on the car seat with the rough surface of the smaller seat cushion facing down. The straps are fastened round the backrest. The outer surfaces of the transfer aid are made of velour whilst the inner surfaces are made of a woven high-tech material which only permits lateral movement. Forward movement and rearward movement in the car are thus inhibited. This stop function can be neutralized by positioning the Ultra slide aid (optional) between the top and bottom part of the Ultra car transfer aid.
