The Pollex is a VACOhand therapy concept product that is used for ligament injuries to the thumb (skiers thumb). It is skin friendly and made of a breathable padding material then provides a high level of comfort for its wearer. It can be washed at 60 degrees Celcius to maintain hygiene. It has Velcro straps that make fitting simple and easy. The Pollex does not have to be pulled over the injured them to put it on, which makes this product different from others on the market. Scaphoid fractures can be treated with a combination of the Vacohand and Pollex.
