This device has a double-threaded screw for easy penetration and durable anchoring of the screw in the pedicle. It includes a low profile screw with limited height to ensure patient's comfort. It has a 40° polyaxial system which allows motion for the screw head in all spatial planes which facilitates the installation of the rod.
