The Moon Walker is utilized to allow the simultaneous training of arms and legs. Designed by Aqquatix, the patented multifunctional equipment is able to reproduce a form of running or walking in 'anti-gravity'. This movement was inspired by Nordic Walking. The Moon Walker is also beneficial to the upper limbs which can be used in combination with the movement of the legs during periods of exercise.
