This system combines aspects of the analytical SFC with that of the prep SFC. The SP-2086 or hybrid allows for flow rates from 1 mL per minute to as much as 20mL per minute. Use this process with standard 4.6mm columns to ensure precise analystical separations. However, when used with 10mm columns, you will get superior purification. Use the SP-2086 in conjunction with the most recent PDA detector (or MD-2018) which provides optimum results in the area of SFC flow cell and hypersensitivity. You can also opt for a prep cell when more high column loading is needed.
