The new SinterMax Model T1700 dental Zirconia furnace is the fastest conventional sintiering oven made and goes to temperatures as high as 1700°C. With two large cylindrical stacking crucibles, this oven is also one of the highest capacity dental lab ovens available. SUPER FAST: Due to fast ramp-speeds, the T1700 and achieve max sintering temperature in one hour, and with a one-hour hold time on copings or three-hour hold time on bridges and full contour, the programs can complete in 2 to 4 hours. PROGRAMMABLE: The SinterMax T1700 comes with 15 default four-stage firing programs for most common Zirconia materials, ranging from 1350°C to 1700°C final temps with a variety of ramp-up and hold times. Additionally, the user can add up to five more four-stage programs. HIGH QUALITY MUFFLE: The muffle materials used are of the highest quality and never stain the restoration. The muffle adapts to the refractory fiber to save 30% in energy costs. HEATING ELEMENTS: The molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements last longer than traditional metal heating elements due to a protective quartz layer that forms on the surface of the element “hot zone” during operation.
