The SmartSinter 1200 is Made in Germany, with all key components such as heating elements also coming from Germany. The 3 heating elements ensure excellent temperature homogeneity inside the chamber, thereby ensuring minimum distortion of parts. Furthermore, heating elements can be quickly and easily replaced after their optimum life span, to ensure the furnace performs consistently well over a very long period of time. The furnaces smart controller can store up to 6 sintering profiles which can be easily selected on the touch screen control panel. An unlimited number of profiles can be stored and applied by networking the controller with a PC. As with any furnace, linings and other refractory parts will become less efficient after multiple burns. Replacement parts can be supplied globally and are designed to be quickly and easily fitted in the lab.
