The Movin Step combines two functions in one product. It can either be used as a step for low-impact cardiovascular training or as a moving base to improve balance and co-ordination while exercising. An integrated valve enables to adjust the air flow and to choose the correct movement range. It is used in the fitness sector for aerobics, balance and coordination exercises. It is also used in the physiotherapy sector for all-aged patients. A brochure with some exemplifying exercises is included in the package.
