It has a highly-optimized filter combination to eliminate influence of cross talk. It has a lifetime maintenance-free ultra-bright LED cold light source with strong signal value and high stability. This sensitive photoelectric system has a unique optical fiber conduction technology that enhances fluorescence collection and avoids interference between neighboring tubes. The SLAN Real Time PCR Detection System adopts Peltier technology to accurately and quickly control temperature during PCR processing with a precision of +- 0.1 C. To ensure the accuracy of assay results, a multiple-point temperature control ensures the uniformity between different wells and a temperature correction guarantees the accuracy of temperature. The SLAN uses PCR tubes to have accurate temperature of reagent in the tube and enables it to easily adjust for different reactions using different volume.
