It's latest generation pulse oximetry technology employs a sophisticated computer algorithm. Using it's internal 16 bit computer power and digital signal processing with 32 bit math calculations it is able to extract pulsation and correctly calculate SpO2 from the weakest peripheral pulses of patients from neonates to adults.
