The SHERPA ® system has been designed by very experienced spine surgeons who have compiled a wide range of clinical cases based on the main difficulties in this type of posterior surgery. To present proposals to these issues, a system that offers excellent biomechanical features has been designed and developed, combining a low profile and versatility in its use which makes the SHERPA® system a highly competitive solution. The SHERPA® system is a system of posterior fixation through pedicular screws for the thoraco-lumbar-sacral areas, indicated to give precise segmentary spine stabilization.
