The system consists of two under carriage & one stretcher frame work made of strong ERW steel tubes mounted on 15 cms dia swiveling castor. The two under carriages can be under locked lengthwise & the stretcher can roll over from one carriage to another on rubber roller. Stretcher can be raised at one end on ratchet.
