Delcam's Orthopaedic LastMaker utilizes 3D engineering and modifications for an orthopaedic footwear solution. It is easy to use and allows for the modification of lasts to be learned within hours. Finished designs can be presented to the manufacturer faster and at a lower cost as it compresses the time taken to produce orthopaedic lasts. Key measurements of the patient's foot can be used to modify a digital last design. A scanned 3D model of a patient's foot can be used as a template to adjust the shape and fit of the last. These combinations produce a finished orthopaedic show which will provide an accurate fit for a patient's foot.
