The minimally invasive reamer MI-600 attachment is used in reaming acetabular on both standard hip-replacement and re-surfacing where these minimally invasive techniques are put in place. The attachement features excellent access to the acetabulum with 45 degree angles. Works with standard reamer shells with a speed from 0 to 150 rpm's. It also has a quick release shell mechanism.
