Cleaning carried out by means of strong jets of water by dozens of sprinkler nozzles on rotating arms, aided by a rectilinear repeating movement, in conjunction with a cleaning product. After cleaning, the articles are disinfected with hot water, thus killing any micro-organisms, except for spores. All stages are automatic and pre-programmable.
