The M2 gives the user all of the benefits of a traditional monitor with arm with none of the downsides. Most other monitor arms have a bulky frame, with gas cylinder support that is often prone to failure. The new M2 uses a mechanical spring giving the whole unit a lightweight, ultra-thin design.
