INFINITT Ophthalmic PACS was developed to follow the direction of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and conforms to IHE, HL7 and DICOM imaging standards. It acquires data directly from Ophthalmic devices, producing better image quality than screen capture methods, bringing all diagnostic devices and applications into an integrated viewing environment. As HIPAA compliant it has user ID and password protection, secure and encrypted web-protocol, access controls and audit trails. Graphical representations with drawing tools are available as well as integrated document scanning and built-in dictation module. With comprehensive networking capability, it integrates satellite offices and provides remote access to data.
