The Jet-Laryngoscope has been designed for use with the TwinStream Respirator. It has an integrated Easy Connect system with 2 jet lines for SHFJV, and 2 monitoring lines for gas analysis and airway pressure (FiO2Aw and etCO2). The Jet-Laryngoscope has 2 mounting points for a fiber optic light carrier or suction tube and an inlet port for patient gas conditioning (heater or humidifier). The Jet-Laryngoscope is constructed from surgical stainless steel with a matt finish which is non-reflecting for CO2-laser surgery. It can be sterilized by steam up to 136 ° C and is supplied with a test certificate. All nozzles and tubes can be integrated and synchronized to the jet ventilation apparatus.
