The Greenough is a zoom optical system with a binocular head and widefield eyepiece. Its magnification range is 1X to 4X. The head has a 45-degree incline and a built-in digital and analog camera. The digital resolution is 720x576 pixels, and the analog resolution is a maximum 550 TV lines with RCA and S-Video technology. There is a 4:1 zoom ratio and a course focusing system that comes with tension adjustment. Illumination is transmitted by a halogen light with intensity control. The Motic Image Plus 2.0 software works with both Macs and PCs.
