Double deck mechanical stage with triangle rail, providing smooth movement. The focusing mechanism uses coaxial coarse & fine focusing. Abbe condenser is fitted with iris diaphragm and filter frame, N.A.=1.25 can be switched to N.A.=0.60. Illuminator is fitted with iris diaphragm, the flux of illuminated light can be adjusted.
