The MCQ 'sensor module' has been designed to measure and control mass gas flow. The sensor module allows users to develop a mass flow controller that will work to their requirements. The board can be mounted to an operational amplifier, an analog filter and a DSP microcontroller that controls the data acquisition, the digital filtering, linearization and thermal compensation. The module can be connected to a proportional valve for flow regulation.
