The Fiocchetti model 120 upright ultrafreezer has a temperature range from 160 to 186 degrees Celsius, and a 120 liter capacity. The freezer is constructed of 18/10 ASI 304 stainless steel internally, and of sanitized, pre-coated steel externally. 130 mm thick polyurethane panels provide insulation. Acoustic and visual alarms are provided for door open, temperature or power failures, or abnormal temperature deviations. An automatically rechargeable battery powers the alarm system. 180 days of prior events can be download by means of the unit's USB port.
