Compact models. Aluminium is an excellent heat transfering medium, so temperature is uniform all over the block. Heating blocks are provided with a hole for thermometers or temperature probes; a second threaded hole allows to insert a rod with own knob for block extraction ( each block is fitted with its own rod). Heating blocks for Thermoblock are interchangeable.
