The Simulflex™ overlay features horizontal cuts and different depths, segmenting the mattress into three zones. It is made of high quality polyurethane foam. The smaller cuts of the sensitive head and heel area give super soft comfort in the sensitive regions. Air channels between the cells reduce the accumulation of moisture and heat. Being 2-way turnable, it can be used as an underlay for mattress overlays. Securing the overlay on existing mattress replacements calls for the 4 corner straps of the device. It is CPR compliant and compatible with X-ray. The size of the system can be changed according to specific needs.
