The mattress is composed of three fire-proof, open cell, atoxic units. The upper layer is elastic and low density (Elast 30). The midway layer is low density (Elast 25). The lower layer is the weight bearing one and high density (Elast 35). The three layers are glued together with an atoxic water base adhesive. This is a mattress for the prevention of decubitus which provides significant comfort for the patient. A protection cover is available upon request.
