Offered in standard and various custom crib sizes, the user-friendly Pediatric Pulse is a latex free mattress designed with a three zoned support surface. The top cover or First Point of Contact™ is chemical free and vapor permeable. It offers low friction and anti-shear features. Low air loss therapy is achieved by the vented surface air cells. Pulsation cycles are adjustable, ranging in times from 3 to 20 minutes. A button push sets the device to static mode, which offers microclimate management by providing immersion and envelopment techniques. Other features present include lock out controls and rapid inflation autofirm, as well as alarms which are both audio and visual. A self-diagnostic check is included to insure proper operation and calibration.
