The Hot Disinfection is a system for regular disinfection of the ring piping by spontaneous heating of the system up to 90°C. The control system of the connected Reverse Osmosis system operates separately and independently from the control system of the ring piping heating. It is heated without using a hot water tank (boiler) but solely through heating of the ring piping content by electrical flow heater. The heating-up time will be reduced so that heat losses can be minimised during the heating period. As the basis of the development, orbital welded stainless steel ring pipings with dead space free secondary sampling systems are used. • Media separated inline heater with 9, 18, 27, 36, 45 kW heating capacity • 27 kW initial heater and up to two repeat heaters in RL for long ring pipings • Space-saving wall fastening of the heating units • Control cabinet modularly upgradeable from 9 to 45 kW heating capacity • Real time and manual operation • Unintentional start of the system secured by key-operated switch
