Jems is suitable for use in extrication as well as rehabilitation. Covered in orange leatherette, the central part has a leaf of polyethylene and the borders covered in open-cell polyurethane. Can be used to all patients by adjusting the collar using Velcro®. It is extremely strong and X-ray compatible. Can use any detergent to wash it and can be disinfected also. It can be compressed and requires less space for storage. It is available in 3 sizes.
