The Seca 685 is a wireless multifunctional scale that comes with a high load-bearing capacity and a stable handrail. It’s a mobile unit with integrated castors. With wireless technology it allows for the patient to be accurately and safety weighed while standing, sitting in a wheelchair, or sitting on a bed. No conversions are required. The integrated seat can fold-down to provide additional comfort, and the handrail offers support to patients who are standing. The system comes with a large platform that measures 30x32 (inches) or 76x82 cm. As for the weight of the wheelchair or walking aid, it is simply deducted with use of the Pre-TARE function. Special attention has been given to making the chair comfortable and safe. It is equipped with Seca 360° wireless technology. This means that all of the measurements are transmitted to a wireless printer or to Seca software on a PC.
