The AGENTO® I.C. ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE is a VAP device (ventilator-associated pneumonia) that is scientifically proven and is geared towards individuals who pose of a risk of intubation for 24 hours or longer and one that limits their dependence. When an uncoated and silver coated tube were compared in a clinical trial, the number of patients who developed micro biologically stated that VAP was significantly reduce by an astounding 36% with the AGENTO® I.C. silver-coated ETT. Additionally, the results also indicated that the AGENTO® I.C. silver-coated ETT reduced risk by over 48% within 10 days of intubation.
