Its USB 3.0 interface and the reliable 3.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor allow a live image speed of up to 30 frames per second. The Leica Application Suite (LAS) provides for excellent color rendering and fast image processing especially when capturing multiple images in mosaics or in z-stacks. The camera is fully compatible with the LAS and its many add-on modules.
