The Microprocessor Program Control Unit (P6) offers an accurate temperature setting of up to four temperature steps (four ramps and four interrupting times). The settings and speed can be adjusted for each step. The heating up speed is linear (from 1 – 9 degrees Celsius/min). There are 70 heating programs that can be saved with a title. Both the day and hour of casting time can be selected. For the cold-casting program, there is one cool-down step and three heating-up steps. The switch-off time for air hood ventilation and for the exhaust/catalyzer unit is adjustable. Online information is displayed via LCD.
