NewTom's GiANO is a Cone Beam Technology (CBT) 3D Imaging equipment that can perform a wide range of exams depending on requirements: 2D, 3D, Ceph and carpal exams. NewTom GiANO with a 2D configuration can be enhanced to 3D or Ceph at any time. The modular sensor, (which can easily be switched and used on the Ceph head), the short exam time and the low dose are some features that GiANO has and it can offer a more complete and immediate diagnosis. A revolutionary flat panel X-ray detector produces the clearest, sharpest images possible. It also features an adjustable Field Of View, which allows the operator to irradiate just the right volume, depending on the required clinical application.
