The cassette top is a radiology accessory. It is removable and can be mount onto the operating table. It covers its full length and width. It consists of five radiolucent sections: head, upper back, lower back, seat, and foot. Pad attachment is made easy using Velcro strips. It can be used with existing table mattresses.
