This free interactive sports diary software is Tanita's first web-based sports and body composition tracking software. Body composition measurements can be tracked, measured and displayed using the BC601 SD card drag and drop feature. Additional health status data is included, such as resting heart rate and lactate levels. Training programs can be modified to maximize performance based on an in-depth analysis of the data. The sports diary can be personalised to include all sports and activities. The training results can be uploaded onto social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Team mates can be challenged and performances ranked against each other.
