Especially for the plasmapheresis sets or blood bag, the sealing of PVC and EVA tubes is done by the BIO23 PW-Sealer. For preparation of the blood components at the site of production or sealing the tubes in the donor room, in both conditions, the BIO23 is perfect. The covering made of plastic provides protection to the electrodes of the product. The sealing heads can be cleaned easily because of the simple swivels present in the device. The tubes are sealed securely by the BIO23. A mild twisting of the sealed edges is sufficient to divide the area of sealing. A sealing handle supplied as an option which when attached with the product enables the operators to seal the tubes at the various workstations within the room.
