Spencer has come up with a basket stretcher to face the most difficult emergency situations. This is suitable for use in mines, at altitude and in water for rescue operations. It can be used at any time whenever safer and secured rescue is of utter importance because of its sturdy framework, sustainability and flexibility. A state of the art technique is used to make the product which enable uniformity in thickness for the whole length of the stretcher. The shell embedded in high-density polyethylene is attached with an aluminum framework to enhance its strength. The basket stretcher comes with handles integrated with the structure itself and are positioned along the whole perimeter. The grommets are used for attaching spring catches of the harnessing which come in stainless steel. The mattress inside the shell is removable and adapted with Velcro®. This stretcher is composed of closed cell EPDM which enable it to disallow passing through of both blood and water. The use of polyethylene for the shell ensures that it is shatter proof and sanitization as well.
