Swartz Braided Transseptal Guiding Introducers combine stable shaft construction using braids and an atraumatic tip that is soft, with different curve options. They are used for providing visibility with fluoroscopy via a marker and shaft that has a radiopaque tip. It reduces the risk of the guidewire exit with an enhanced design inclusive of side holes. It also has outer and inner coatings that are lubricious for smoother introductions through percutaneous procedures and catheter movements. The valve is designed for better hemostasis that seals at .014-inch. It is available in 2 sizes – 8.5 F and 8 F.
