A simple and reliable system for ophthalmic cryosurgery. The Cryo-Line Optikon is the result of over 40 years experience in manufacturing ophthalmic cryosurgery systems. The unit achieves cooling and rapid defrost by means of the Joule Thompson effect. The proven reliability of Cryo-Line was developed to satisfy all the surgeon’s needs. We offer a wide range of cryopencils, all of which are all autoclavable, for both cataract and vitreoretinal surgery. Cryo-Line is a fully pneumatic system whose rapid defrost increases treatment precision and safety. The built-in timer measures the application time of the treatment and monitors the applied temperature.
